The 2024 African Rugby Union Cup promises to be an exceptional sporting event, bringing together the 8 best teams on the continent.  

Scheduled for July 18 to 29 in Uganda, the Ivorian selection at the end of its closed training camp has just left the Félix Houphouet Boigny International Airport in Abidjan.  

The Elephants under the technical direction of coach Tian Silvère, Soumahoro Bakary, Konan Louis, aim to finish in the top 3 of the competition.  

To achieve this objective, Tian Silvère revealed a list of 28 selected players.  

Among them, 75% play in the local championship, a rejuvenated squad with young people fresh from the U20 category, testifies to the richness of the local Rugby pool, while 7 players play in France, will bring their international experience to the team. 

Rugby fans and sports enthusiasts in general can expect thrilling encounters.
